Education is one of the key pillars of the Zelzaats Community Center. We believe that education is essential for personal development, equal opportunities, and successful integration into society. For this reason, we organize various educational activities that support children, young people, and parents in their learning journey.
Our educational programs include homework support and study guidance for students in primary and secondary education. Volunteers and mentors assist students with their school assignments, help them develop effective study skills, and encourage them to build confidence in their abilities. Our goal is to motivate young people to discover their talents and successfully complete their educational path.
We also organize lectures and information sessions about education, parenting, and study guidance. These sessions help parents better understand the education system so they can support their children more effectively. Additionally, we assist families with school enrollment and provide guidance when making educational choices.
A special focus is placed on supporting newcomers and families who are not yet fully familiar with the Belgian education system. Through guidance, information, and practical assistance, we aim to make their integration into education easier.
